FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

What homeowners want to know before they call a plumber. If yours is not on the list, give us a call and we will walk through it with you.

Getting on the schedule

Getting service

How fast we can get to your house, the hours we keep, and the way an emergency call moves up the list when one comes in.

Most days we can get to a Rome address the same day, and to the rest of Floyd, Bartow, and Gordon County within a day. Emergencies jump the line when we can make it work: gas leaks, active water leaks, no hot water in the winter.

What it costs, before we start

Pricing and quotes

How we set the number before any tools come out, when prices can move, and the kinds of charges you will not see on the bill.

Yes. On most jobs we give you a firm number before we start the work. For service calls where we cannot tell what we are dealing with until we look, we will come out, diagnose, and quote before any work begins.

Where we draw the line

Scope: what we do and don’t

The kinds of work we take on, the kinds we point you elsewhere for, and the reasoning behind drawing the line where we drew it.

No. We are residential-focused on purpose. The way we want to do this work does not scale to commercial accounts. We show up on time, talk through the job at the kitchen table, and take care of the house like it is ours.
