Your address, a one-sentence description of what is going on, roughly when it started, and what you have already tried (cut the water off at the main, swapped a breaker, anything along those lines). That gives Seth what he needs to triage and bring the right parts on the first trip.

Can I send pictures of the problem?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Email a few photos to sethkingry@kingry.plumbing. A picture of the failed fixture, the water-heater label, or the spot in the yard usually saves us a trip.

What do I do if I smell gas right now?

Accepted Answer

Step away from the house and out into open air. Call your gas utility first to get the line shut off at the meter, and call 911 if you suspect an active leak inside the home. Once you are safe, call us. We can run a pressure test, find the leak, and get the line back in service.
